Description
The measuring shaft is made of high quality material and adopts metal film strain gauge. The torque to be measured causes the shaft torque to produce a resistance change across the bridge, which is converted into an analog signal proportional to the torque. In order to ensure no wear operation, the power supply is provided by inductive coupling, and the measurement signal is transmitted optically. The signal has been digitized on the axis, converted and amplified by a 16-bit digital-to-analog converter on the stator... Plus or minus 10 v signal. The high resolution TTL output signal for 1024 RPM measurements is achieved through an incremental encoder disk and two optical sensors with offset track and quadrilateral decoding. In addition to the standard 12-pin connector, an additional socket provides another option for connecting to an external power source. 3-LED optical indicator provides continuous online display of various operating conditions.
