I. Description
This machine is mainly composed of one extrusion unit, one coating (including oven) system, one molding system, two unwinding systems, one rewinding system. The first unwinding system adopts robot hand roller changing automatically without reducing speed, rewinding adopts double axis double station central rewinding type, roller changing automatically without reducing speed. Extruder capacity and traction (molding) line speed are controlled by PLC synchronized automatic group operation, the whole machine adopts imported PLC programmable controller, it is with more advanced and more humanized man-machine operation, the linkage, unwinding, rewinding, coating, extrusion, traction (molding), line speed, meters counter of this machine are all in digital display.
