Product Feature
All aluminium conductor has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient erection and maintenance, low line cost and the like, so it is widely used in overhead transmission and distribution lines of various voltage levels, especially for capacity expansion of urban lines.
AAC Conductor (All Aluminium Conductors) is also known as aluminium stranded conductor. We manufacture this conductor from electrolytically refined aluminium with the purity of minimum 99% aluminium. The spacing between All Aluminium Conductors is short and their supports are close.
These aluminium conductors are made up of one or more aluminium wires strands depending on their usage. These conductors are mainly used in urban areas for electricity transfer. Apart from that, these conductors are also extensively used in coastal area because of their corrosion resistance properties. Standards
1) The hard aluminum conductor used for AAC and ACSR conforms to the standard GB/T 17048-1997 (equivalent to IEC 60889:1987)
2) The zinc coated steel wire used for ACSR confirms to IEC 60888:1987
3) Production can be arranged according to customers' requirement such as material standard etc.
4) We can also produce products according to the Standard of BS215, ASTM B232, and DIN48204.
