Performance:
·   High-precision grinding or polishing on large quantities of planes made of stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy,
hardware components, air pressure, hydraulic pressure, water pressure-related seal components, zirconia ceramics, optical crystal, sapphire crystal, LED sapphire substrate, LGP mold insert, piezoelectric element, alumina ceramics, sheet EVA, silicon pellet and other metal and non-metallic materials;
·   This grinder is a single-side precision grinding and polishing equipment. After putting the workpiece for grinding and polishing on the grinding disc, the grinding disc rotates in an anticlockwise direction to rotate the workpiece through friction. Besides, the workpiece will be pressured via cylinder pressure and the relative operation and rubbing between the workpiece and the grinding disc jointly help achieve the grinding and polishing on the workpiece.
·   The grinding disk trimming mechanism developed by our company adopts the hydraulic suspension rail which moves in a front-and-back reciprocating mode. The diamond razor conducts fine trimming on the abrasive surface of the grinding disk to achieve an ideal result.
