MIG (AWS ER-309) STAINLESS STEEL WELDING WIRES

Instroduction:
         AWS A5.9 ER309 is stainless steel MIC welding wire, the weld metal gas good mechanical properties, crack resistance and oxidation resitance, also has excellent heat resistant corrosion resistance
ALLPICATION:
        Used for welding the same type of stainless steel stainless steel liner, dissimilar steel and high chromium steel, high ,manganese steel, etc.
        To make the weld to get good mechanical properties, welding protective gas recommended Ar+ 25 O2, protective gas flow with 20 to 25 l/min advisable .
        Using DC reverse welding, the welding arc length usually take 4mm to 6mm.
        In the process of welding, welding linear energy directly affect the mechanical properties of weld metal and size of the crack resistance, should be pay more attention.
        Welding should strictly clearing before welding area of the oil, water and other impurities
