A: Yes, welcome OEM/ODM orders. Our MOQ is 100-1000piece based on different products . We can add your logo or brand on the machines back case ,firmware ,include packing outside and manual ect. We supply full customized services.
 
Q: How long will you feedback our inquiries?
A: We supply  24 hours service. Please feel free contact us at any time need. Your inquiry will be responded within 5-8 hours.  If urgent,  please contact us via mobiles, email, Skype ,Whatsapp, Wechat, etc.

Q. Can I order a sample to check the quality?
A. Yes! Welcome order a sample to check the quality and functions before bulk order.
Sample fees will be refunded in your next bulk order of related productions.
 
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. There are many payment methods available . You can pay for your order  Escrow, Western Union, T/T and MoneyGram, etc.
We will send a proforma invoice for your arranging  the order. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the price or shipping charges. These your side charges are the buyer's responsibility.      

Q. What's the Lead time??
A. Samples will delivery out within 3 working days after receipt of full payment .
Bulk order 1000 pcs will ship out within 30-35days.  
We can ship to all of the world via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, Aramex, ePacket , China Post Air Mail, by sea, by air, etc.
Please notice that we are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues caused by the forwarder.

Q. What about the warranty of your products?
A. We supply 1  year warranty for the products besides accessories.
Defective items must be returned within 7 days after goods arrived, Please ensure the item will be returned in good condition with original packing. 
Please notice that artificial damages are out of warranty.
For the items which are out of warranty, customers need to pay freight and new parts changed's cost if need return.
