Structural features:
1. Super corrosion resistance: the surface of the magnesium aluminum zinc plating bracket is smooth, flat and gorgeous. Its corrosion resistance mainly comes from the barrier protection function of aluminum and the sacrificial protection function of zinc. Under the same conditions, the test shows that the service life of a magnesium aluminum zinc plating bracket is more than 5-10 times that of galvanized sheet.
2. Heat reflection: the heat reflection of the magnesium aluminum zinc plating bracket is very high, which is twice that of galvanized steel plate. It is suitable for heat insulation materials, which can achieve the effect of energy saving.
3. Heat resistance: the magnesium aluminum zinc plated steel sheet can be used in high-temperature environments up to 315 ºC, and the service environment of ordinary galvanized steel sheets can not exceed 230 ºC.
4. Excellent processability and damage resistance: because the coating of magnesium aluminum-zinc is very compact and smooth, the surface hardness of the coating (140-160hv) is 2.5 times that of ordinary zinc plating (55-65hv), so it has excellent processability such as stretching, stamping, bending, welding and excellent scratch resistance and wear resistance, so it is not easy to be damaged in the cold bending process, and the surface of the finished product is more beautiful. According to the above characteristics of magnesium aluminum zinc plating bracket, compared with ordinary hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, az150 magnesium aluminum zinc plating has better quality and cost, which can completely replace 275 grams of hot-dip galvanized products in the current market.
