Our floating top entry ball is designed as a double bevel valve stem with a spring on the end face, which automatically adjusts the sealing of the valve seat and body under the action of the spring, contributing to its good sealing performance in medium pressure conditions.
2. The valve's stem and bonnet adopt a blowout-proof design. There is a thrust pad between the bonnet and the stem, and a spring is designed in the middle of the connection between the stem end and the ball to make the pressure parallel to the valve seat. The stem is better sealed under the action of pressure.
3. The valve is integrally top-mounted, which does not need to be removed from the pipeline. To do the maintenance or replace any part, just remove the bonnet, thus easier for maintenance.
4.Our ultra-low-temperature top entry ball valve is suitable for LNG, natural gas and low-temperature media. It has a floating ball and a fixed ball, and it can have a better sealing performance at low temperatures when fixed with DIB-2. The extended stem design allows to separate the packing  in the cold zone and maintain the sealing of the packing. The design of the drip tray allows the cold zone to maintain a low temperature. The floating top entry ball is designed with a pressure relief hole on the ball to prevent pressurization in the cavity.
