Hygienic Non-Retention 3PCS Ball Valve

Application: The series ball valves are used to transfer controlling the material ,which extensively use to food,beverage processing and pharmacy,chemical industry areas.

Standard design :Have different standard of valve series can supply for customers,they are the DIN standard series,3A standard series,SMS standard series,ISO/IDF standard series,BS/RJT standard series,ASME/BPE etc.
The constitete elements of ball valve always included :one handle,one ball body with transfixion cavity,valve body,valve central spindle and spindle shaft seal.
The specification of Nuomeng bal valve series are welded ball valve,clamped ball valve,threaded ball valve etc.

All sealing materials contacting with fluids are reinforced PTFE, in accordance with FDA177.1550  and GMP standards.
Support CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place).
Material
Valve bodies and caps are delicately cast by CF8, CF3M or 2205 materials; or forged by F316L. In case of specific working conditions, special materials, such as HC/Ti, will also be applied.
Seal Material
Standard PTFE seals are compatible with most operating conditions ( -10 ºC ~+110 ºC ).
TFM600 seal is also available as an option, which is also compatible with many operating conditions ( -60 ºC ~+150 ºC ).
POB seal is also available for high-temperature operating conditions ( -10 ºC ~+210 ºC ).
In the range of its specified working pressures and temperatures, the valve is perfectly sealed. When pressure increases, the sealing performance can automatically be improved. Due to a small friction between seals and valve body, the stem torque is also relatively small.
Our sanitary ball valves are fully sealed in two directions, which comes as standard. The sealing structure can fill the clearance in the cavity, ensuring no media is detained in the cavity, and the cavity and tube can thus be cleaned.

But for front-end or rear-end discharge use, it is more economic and practical to apply half sealed valves.
