Product Description
The new PX-CP50 SmartCapper all-in-one capper is rated for 40-45 caps per minute to match the filler. Rotating "smart turret" star wheel for filling, inserting and capping stations. The star wheel size is customized according to the container size. The diameter of the tinplate cover is too large, we use the elevator to convey it, it has a large capacity and can guarantee the output. Its noise decibel is very low. It will adapt to different cap types by changing different conveying rails. The screw cap adopts a magnetic torque motor, which can adjust the torque freely to prevent the cap from breaking and leaking due to excessive torque or too small torque. Servo motors are also optional.
