The first part of the line is where the metal enters the machine and is fed from that point. It usually begins its journey as part of a continuous roll or larger sheet. The second section consists of station rolls, this is where the metal begins to be worked into the desired shape. The rollers have a dual nature, they both bend the metal and drive it forward to the next section of the line. After passing through the station rolls, the metal will reach the cutting press. This is where the metal is cut to length based on measurements that have been programmed into the machine. After cutting is complete, the metal will eventually pass through the exit station, where the parts leave the roll forming machine onto a conveyor belt or table, where they will be collected or moved
