Product Description

2. Technical requirements
2.1 Adopt improved cutting design.
2.1.1 Webbing. Nylon material, the webbing is a whole piece, without seams, with certain hardness, and the specification is 70mm wide × 2.5mm thick, the end is ironing arc type.
2.1.2 Buckle. Hot-forged aluminum 7075 alloy material, anodized process, specification 96mm long × Width 90mm × 6mm thick.
2.1.3 Cutting needle. Stainless steel 420 material, double needle, the length of the needle is 35mm, and the diameter is suitable for the buckle and the needle hole.
2.1.4 D-ring. Hot-forged aluminum 7075 alloy material, anodized process, equipped with two D-rings, one of which is fixed by sewing, 100 mm from the buckle; The other adopts the combined structure of moving plate and D-ring, which can be adjusted freely.
2.1.5 Pinhole cutting. It is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a diameter of 12mm, and is arranged equidistant forward in a double-row six-row pattern at 200mm from the tail of the belt.
