Was ist  Olopatadinhydrochlorid ?

Olopatadine HCl ist ein Histaminblocker und Mastzellstabilisator mit einem IC50 von 559 μm für die Freisetzung von Histamin. Hemmt die Freisetzung von Histamin aus Mastzellen und relativ selektivem Histamin H 1-Antagonist. Hemmt sofortige Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen des Typs 1.

Funktion und Anwendung  von   Olopatadinhydrochlorid

Olopatadinhydrochlorid ist ein Antihistaminikum mit Mastzellen stabilisierenden Eigenschaften verwendet Als Auge
Tropfen in der Behandlung von ALLERGISCHER KONJUNKTIVITIS.
 
 
Olopatadin Hydrochlorid ist die Hydrochlorid-Salzform von  Olopatadin , eine Dual-Action-selektive  
Histamin  -H1-Rezeptorantagonist und Mastzellstabilisator mit antiallergischer Aktivität.   Olopatadin
 Stabilisiert Mastzellen und verhindert  die  Freisetzung von Histamin aus Mastzellen. Darüber hinaus ist dieser Agent auch
  Histamin  -H1-Rezeptoren, wodurch verhindert  , dass Histamin  an diese Rezeptoren binden. Beides
Aktionen verhindern die Auswirkungen von  Histamin  auf Kapillaren, bronchiale glatt , und
Magen-Darm (GI) glatt, einschließlich  Histamin -induzierte Vasodilatation, erhöhte Kapillare
Permeabilität, Bronchokonstriktion und krampfhafte Kontraktion des GI glatt . Dieses Medikament
Verhindert auch  histamininduzierte Schmerzen und Juckreiz der Schleimhäute.
