also known as 2-N-morpholino alkane sulfonic acid monohydrate, 2-(N-morpholinyl) ethanesulfonic acid monohydrate,
the product is white crystals, easily soluble in water, no irritating odor, MES is available in anhydrous, monohydrate,
and polyhydric, note that this product is a monohydrate, it is also one of Good's biological buffers,
which has a good range of applications in the biological field.

MES Monohydrate is a very important biological buffer that is widely used in biochemical diagnostic kits,
DNA/RNA extraction kits and PCR diagnostic kits.
Its buffer has a pKa value close to physiological pH and is used as a mobile phase component for the separation of brain microtubule proteins in activated amino gel chromatography columns;
MES is not absorbed when passing through cell membranes and is UV-permeable,
and this type of biological buffer is commonly used in plant cell cultures.
