Product Description

SUNY SY-413 is a type of polyether defoamer. This line of product is modifiers of the PP/PE block copolymer with polymer initiator; they have great capacity of foam breaking and inhibiting, which is different from normal polyether antifoam agent. With the capacity of eliminating small bubbles quickly and controlling foam everlasting, it rapidly removes tiny air bubbles among the fibers, clears float bubbles on the surface of the pulp, and also removes big bubbles on the surface of the water; It can totally eliminate the influence of the bubbles on the technology process, and then avoids the formation of pores and also reduces paper breaking. It prevents the overflow of the slurry pool which lead to the loss of fiber and wet end chemicals; papers can have better uniformity and greatly improved quality with its assistance.

Instruction of use
This product can be used directly in production process or after dilution. For continuous adding, metering pump is recommended.
Generally speaking, the suggested dosage is 30~200 ppm, and it will effectively eliminate the foam and also prevent its regeneration. According to the different manufacturing techniques, the optimum addition should be determined by field test.

Package and Storage
Use 200kgs, 1000kgs or negotiated packages. Seal and stock under room temperature, keep away from light. Avoid exposed to extremely cold or hot environment. Guarantee period is 1 y ear
