TBE buffer is a commonly used buffer salt solution for nucleic acid electrophoresis in biology, mainly used for DNA agarose gel electrophoresis.   The main components of TBE are TRIS -*** salt and EDTA, which have strong buffering ability and are suitable for long time electrophoresis with high resolution. The separation effect is good when electrophoresis fragments less than 1KB.   The *** components in TBE buffer can affect the efficiency of DNA recovery and subsequent enzymatic reactions. TAE buffer is recommended for the agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA fragments.This product is 10 x concentrated solution.If the product precipitates out, please place it in 37ºC water bath to dissolve it. It will not affect the use.
