Product Introduction
Bromelain is a natural enzyme, extracted from from the stems, leaves and the skin of pineapple by modern biological extraction technology. It is composed of protease and many others ingredient contents. The enzyme activity of bromelain is indicated of GDU/g (Gelatin Digesting Units) and the maximum activity specification can reach up to 3000 GDU/g. Bromelain can hydrolyze most soluble protein easily and efficiently, and have many kinds of biochemistry responses, and so is widely applied in the medical, health products, food, cosmetics, forage, leather industry and so on. Because it has the function of strongly decomposing fibrin and the blood clot, therefore especially is remarkable effect on the medical application.

Usage suggestion
The suitable reaction condition is 40--45 ºC and pH 6.0-6.8,and the optimum temperature and pH will be changed by the sort and concentration of the substrate.
