High-temperature calcined alumina powder

Calcined alumina is produced by high quality and high purity raw material in the rotary furnace at reasonable temperature. It has characteristic of high conversion rate, stable crystallization and low impurity content, excellent performance of high mechanical strength, stable shrinkage rate, good electrical insulation, high wear resistance and outstanding corrosion resistance.

Main uses:

This product is used for all kinds of alumina polishing and grinding products, medium and fine polishing, high aluminum shaping materials, unshaped refractories, high aluminum porcelain parts, senior coatings and so on. 
According to different use requirements, formed dry pressing, isostatic pressing process series, hot die casting, grouting molding series, refractory series, casting molding series, alumina structure ceramic granulation powder and other five series of products.

High temperature alumina application areas:

1. Sealing ring, friction plate, vacuum tube, electronic substrate;
2, structural ceramics, electronic ceramics, bioceramics, refractory materials;
3, ball mill lining, ceramic bearing, ceramic cutting tools.
