A.  When electricity is cut off or your incubator broke down, our incubator can keep temperature for  2- 4 hours. In the meantime, you can find out the trouble and call urgently to consult with us.

B.  If t he incubator broke down ,  eggs are at risk of dying! It is best to keep  another  incubator  as a back-up. If none is available, you might try to use some heat packs like the sportsmen use. Other options are heating pads or reptile rocks  and add hot water into water tank.
