Product Intro
The fast roll up shutter door, also known as the fast soft rolling shutter door, refers to the door that runs at a speed of more than 0.6 meters per second. It is a barrier-free isolation door that can be raised and lowered quickly. It has many functions such as heat preservation, cold preservation, insect proof, wind proof, dust proof, sound insulation, fire prevention, peculiar smell prevention, and light emission, and is widely used in food, chemical, textile, electronics, supermarket, refrigeration, logistics, warehousing and other places. It can meet high-performance logistics and clean places, and save energy, automatically shut down at high speed, improve work efficiency, and create a better working environment.

Key Constructions
Opening method: double-sided induction + manual button to open the door (optional face recognition, fingerprint, geomagnetic, wireless remote control, person and vehicle identification, radar induction).
Sealing performance: There are sealing brushes on both sides of the guide rail, which can prevent dust and insects from being sealed.
When the door curtain runs at high speed, no dust is generated, which is convenient for cleaning;
there are aluminum alloy counterweight rods and PVC base cloth stings at the bottom of the door curtain. When the door is closed, the sealing strip and the floor of the door curtain are automatically sealed.
Drive system: servo control motor (special for rolling shutter door), running more smoothly, the power of the motor is 0.75kW/220V. Lifting speed: 600mm to 1,500mm/s speed adjustable.
Door Curtain: Knife-scraped coated base fabric (French Brand SIOEN , 900g/m2 in thickness), a transparent window can be selected in the middle; thickened aluminum alloy wind resistance rod is used to increase the wind resistance level; counterweight is added at the bottom;
segmented structure is convenient for future Repair replacement. Curtain color: default dark blue, please let us know if you need other colors (optional common colors: dark blue, light blue, yellow, orange, gray).
Door frame: stainless steel processing, (pillar thickness 1.3mm, door cover thickness 1.00mm)
Door head: The frame side plate is made of 4mm thick high-quality steel plate, and the reel is made of 45# solid steel bar by lathe processing. Both sides are fixed with imported bearing sleeves to ensure that the two sides of the reel are in a concentric position, so that the door runs more smoothly. The noise is lower, and the service life of the motor is longer. (The distance from the doorway to the zenith should be reserved at 400M, without any obstacles, otherwise please consult the manufacturer in time for related technical installation issues).
Control circuit: Adopt American industrial servo technology, servo control box with absolute encoder, (the system adopts full Chinese/English display, the operation is simple and convenient, can clearly display the company name, running status; with signal input indication, signal output and outsiders machine communication function, fault alarm and inquiry, automatic protection shutdown, one-key self-recovery, running times, time inquiry, overcurrent, overvoltage, phase loss protection, etc.).
Limit system: dual encoder system, accurate comparison and positioning, with memory type after power failure; (after power failure, the door will be opened manually, and the stroke will be automatically memorized, and it can be run directly after power is turned on).
Protection system: photoelectricity imported from South Korea, when human body or other obstacles are sensed, the rolling shutter door reverses and rises to realize anti-pinch action.
Wind-resistant strips: Aluminum alloy wind-resistant ribs are installed at the connection part of the cord to increase the wind-resistant effect.
Safety device: A set of infrared photoelectric protection and lighting is installed at the lower part of the door frame. When people or objects stay under the door to block the radio and television, the door body will not fall. Fault recovery function: Each roll emperor door is equipped with an automatic fault recovery system. After 10 seconds of turning off the power, the system will automatically recover.
