Methanol , also known as hydroxyl methane, is an organic compound, toxic. It is the simplest saturated monoalcohol. CAS Number 67-56-1. The molecular weight is 32.04. The boiling point is 64.7 ° C. It can be used as a new type of clean fuel after deep processing, usually also added to gasoline in combination.
