This zipper can be used on cooler bag by HF welding.
Here are some suggestions:
1. Size 8 (#8) zipper is usually applied for cooler bag.
2. The length of zipper is usually around 100cm.
3. We can customize different colors to match the fabric you use for the cooler bags, and we suggest you choose ETHER TPU for light color zippers and ESTER TPU for dark color zippers. Because compared with ESTER TPU, the color of ETHER TPU is not easy change
as time goes on.
4. Minimum used times: 700 cycles (Open and close 1 time called one cycle) .
Tips:
-This is a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) coated waterproof and airtight zipper, offers liquid and air resistance.
-The zipper provides sealing strength over 30 Kpa
-The price is on the basis of 1 meter, and it is adjusted according to the length of zipper.
-Customization is available:
Length: Any length more than 20cm.
Color: Default color is black and the other colors can be customized.
Zipper Puller: Usually we use the T-shaped TPU covered metal puller which is durable and easy to operate. And we can also custom as per your requirement.
Logo: Can be customized.
