Our factories have more than 300 people,
the monthly production capacity is 200,000 pieces.

4. I don't have my own design, can you design for me?
We have our own R&D team, we accept OEM and ODM.
You can customize your private tags, various sizes, various colors.

5. Do you provide free samples?
We can apply for free stock sample as free sample for you.
You will need to pay USD200 to us which included 1 pcs of sample fee and freight cost.
When you start place your bulk order to us which is more than 300pcs quantity one order,
then, this USD200 we will refund to you by minus from the amount of your 1st bulk order. 
This is our company's sample policy. 

6. What is the minimum order quantity for the customized order?
300 pcs, 1 style 1 color 4 sizes mixed if you hope to let us produce for you as customize order. 
also 300pcs, mix order welcome, if you hope to choose from us for different t shirt/ hoodies, 
please you could choose from our storage products, mix order welcome, totally a little more than 300pcs will be a bulk order.

7. How long is the delivery time?
-Sample time:
Generally we will offer you sample which we have storage,
if you show us your sample, we will need about 2-3 days after confirming samples details, 
to give you the exactly same one with your sample. 
-Bulk order time:
Needs about 7 days after confirming pre-production samples.

8. How's your after-sale service?
Our after-sale service is great. Any quality problem can be settled or replaced.
email and whatsapp almost 7 days 24 hours on line, so, if now you add our whatsapp, 
that will be a very good way to keep closer contact with us very easily. 

9.How about your delivery term?
We use DHL, EMS, UPS, DPEX, etc, based on door to door delivery, send to your hands.
if your order is less than 5 cubic meters clothes, then we will help you send as LCL shipment,
if your order volume is about 28 cubic meter, then we will help you ship to you as one 20ft container,
58 cubic meter as one 40ft container.
68 cubic meter as one 40HQ container.

10. What kinds of package do you have? And do you do custom package?
OPP bag, color box, etc. Can also do custom package by customers' cost.

11. What's the payment terms?
Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union.
Our company has 2 method to receive our overseas clients' cargo paymenet, 
one is via Western union, which we could receive your payment very quickly, we could do next step very quickly also.
the other method is via bank account transfer, this method we will need to wait about 2~3 working days for the payment arrive
then we could start the next step after that.

12.How do you control the products' quality?
We have cloth inspection, washing inspection and sampling inspection; Initial inspection, re inspection, random inspection, six prosecutions to ensure quality. Each step we will take photoes or take vedios and send to you, to let you feel each step is known by your side very well too. 

 

Only if your order quantity is a little more than 300pcs, we could produce for you according to your design, one design one color different size, 300pcs order is welcome, because according to our experience, one roll of fabric could produce about 300pcs t shirts.  

If you do not need to us produce, then you will be very welcome choose from our storage, we have many many new design, sometime we have
not published out so frenquently for our newest design, So, please feel free contact with us & ask us to check if we have similar t shirt in
our warehouse, storage ones always very good rate for your a little more than 300pcs order, we do whole sale & we keep high quality nice rate
