Q2:What is the lead time? (How long will it take to prepare my goods?)
A2: 10-15 days for sample orders, 30-45  days for bulk orders. ( after samples confirmed )

Q3:How will you deliver my goods to me?
A3:Normally, we will ship the goods by air, by sea, and by express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT based on the needs of different clients. 

Q4:How long will I need to wait to get my goods?
A4: 1 week  via air express, 7-15 days by air, 35 - 45 days by sea. 

Q 5 :How can I pay for my order?
A 5 :   You can pay for your order via T/T, Western Union , X-Transfer,Credit Card,PayPal,Cash , Escrow . We will send an invoice including all costs for confirming the order. But please notice that we are not responsible for any import tariff or customs clearance fees.

A 6 : Yes, we are the factory to accept customization.  W e can make your own design or put your logo on the product, please send your design or inquiry to our email ( What ' s   app or  Wechat  ), but also the packing design and other OEM services are available.
