Product Description

 

1. Four servo drives imported from Mitsubishi, Japan, with accurate precision and less mechanical transmission parts, which can effectively reduce the failure rate of machinery.

2. The whole control system adopts Omron PLC control system

3. Bottom mold and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel (wear-resistant).

4. The whole set of nail heads are all made of special steel, and precision machined by computer numerical control.

5. It only takes one minute to change the carton size and adjust the carton nail distance, which greatly saves time and is easy to operate.

6. Front and rear two-way baffles are configured, and cartons without lids, small cardboard boxes, and color boxes can be ordered.

7. The rear section has an automatic counting function, and the number of completed finished products can be stacked and sent to the end of the conveying machine according to the set number (1-99), which is convenient for packaging and binding.

8. The paper feeding part at the front end counts automatically, and the paper feeding table is equipped with a photoelectric sensor device, which automatically rises when feeding paper.

9. One set is dual-purpose, can nail single-piece stapled cartons, double-piece stapled cartons, and irregular cartons.

10. The size is fully electric controlled, and it only takes 2-3 minutes to change the size.

11. Reinforcing nails can be nailed, single nails, double row nails, one-time completion.

12. The paper feeding part automatically counts, and the finished products are sent out for binding.

13. Suitable for small and medium-sized cartons, fast and labor-saving for stapling.

14. Adjust the nail distance, use the computer to set the automatic adjustment nail distance, the nail distance is 30-120mm and can be adjusted arbitrarily

16. Automatic wire feeding system, no wire alarm, 20KG large flat wire, saving time.
