Frame
5.1.1
The frame is pre-tightened by the upper beam, column and base with four tie rods to form a closed frame.

The beam, column, base and other structures are box-shaped structural parts welded with steel plates, and CO2 gas shielded welding is used. After welding and forming, tempering treatment is performed to eliminate the deformation of the body parts caused by the stress of the press after long-term work Maintain the stability of the overall structure.

The processing of large welding parts is completed on the Italian PAMA boring and milling machining center, and the clamping is performed once to ensure the geometric accuracy of the machine tool.

Clutch / Brake (Dry Type)
5.3.1
The control system uses Japanese Fengxing double valve, which is sensitive and reliable.
5.3.2 Clutch-brake adopts split dry friction block structure, separate design, separate maintenance, aside from space limitation, the clutch braking capacity is improved, the both double valves are accurately controlled by PLC (0.04 ~ 0.06 seconds), with Low inertia, high torque and low noise, simple structure and easy maintenance.
5.3.3 The electronic and the mechanical cam switch are used together to prevent the repetitive action of the press.
5.4
Slide
5.4.1 Slide Rail
The slider adopts ultra-long octahedral guide rail with high guiding precision and good wear resistance. The guide rail gap can be adjusted with push-pull bolts, and the lubricating guide plate is made of all copper.
5.4.2 Hydraulic Overload Protection Device
The slider has a hydraulic overload protection device, a gas-liquid type, which generates an overload response for about 110% over the rated tonnage, display the fault and sound & light alarm, the slider automatically stops. The recompression time after overload is 3 minutes, and a manual unload button is set.
5.4.3
The running angle of the slider is displayed as a digital (electronic) type, as for the control panel and the touch screen.
5.4.4
The slider is equipped with a die height adjustment device.

5.6.4

A special water separation filter is set at the inlet of the air source to prevent excessive moisture from entering the pipeline.

The independent auxiliary power supply with safety device is used for lights and switch units, not for production line equipment; the independent power supply is for the production line PLC-CPU, and all HMI and PLC-CPU power supplies require switches and control units. The power supply of PLC and solenoid valve is designed according to the product. All the connection circuits with PLC follow the grounding standard after isolation transformer.
