The 150J 300J engery digital display semi-automatic metal charpy pendulum impact tester is used to determine the resistance of metal materials to impact under dynamic load, and to judge the quality of the material under dynamic load.
It can meets GBT 229, GBT 3808, ISO 148-1, ISO 83, ASTM E23 etc

Character:

1. The principle machine of the testing machine has single supporting column structure, cantilever type pendulum hanging mode, the pendulum body is U-shaped. The impact cutter is installed and fixed by screws and is convenient and easy to be replaced. The specimen is supported via simply by supported beam. Safety guard pin is arranged on the principle machine which is also provided with safety guard net.
2. This machine is a  digital  semi-automatic control testing machine with key  operation .
3. You can realize   pendulum swing, quitting pin, impact and release pendulum by screen key.
4. After impact, the screen displays the test result automatically. If it ' s equipped with built-in mini-printer, you can print the test report.
5.  It can automatically use the remaining energy after impacting  the sample to prepare for the next test, especially suitable for continuous operation  im pact testing laboratory and a large number of metallurgical, mechanical manufacturing industries for impact testing.
