Used   for   tension   control   of   grey   cloth   feeding   and   output , in   order   to   achieve   the purpose   of   stable   process   and   good   roll   forming .

This   machine    is   used    for   winding   roll    after   Raising    and   needle   punching ,   can   be adjustable   speed .
The   whole   production   line   is   controlled   by   Mitsubishi   PLC . The   mainshaft   bearing and   guide   bushing   all   have   temperature   measuring   points , which   are   automatically measured   by   PLC , and   alarm   in   time   when   abnormal   is   found .
