I. Maintenance and maintenance:

1.1 Lubrication is an important part of equipment maintenance. The unit adopts thin oil and dry oil lubrication methods according to different requirements of different parts.

1.1.1 Thin oil lubrication system:

Uncoiler, clip leveling machine, delivery machine, reducer oil pool lubrication, artificial oil into the reducer. HJ-28 rolling oil or SY1127-77S200 industrial gear oil is used.

Check the oil once a month, and change one piece of oil every six months.

Except for the oil cup filling dry oil, the rest of the adjustment part must be refueled once per shift (HJ-50S mechanical oil).

1.1.2 The maintenance of reducer is mainly the maintenance of worm gear body. The oiling part shall not exceed 2/3 of the oil mark.

1.1.3 When the unit is running, the temperature of the shaft seat should be checked frequently, generally not exceeding 40ºC, and the related parts of the transmission part should be checked frequently and dealt with in time.

1.1.4 Change seals frequently:

1.1.5 Operators shall wipe the equipment, sand and oxide peel before shift change, keep the equipment clean, and make shift change records.

1.1.6 The inspection cycle can be considered as follows:

Minor repair once a quarter, mid-year repair once, two years of major repair once.

According to the actual use, shift, load can be flexibly mastered by users.

2. Relevant parties:

2.1 Operators are not allowed to operate the equipment after special training and knowledge education.

2.2 The Unit can make procedures according to its own conditions to prevent personal and equipment accidents, which include:

2.2.1 Do not touch the running strip with your hands.

2.2.2 It is strictly prohibited to pass the strip up and down in operation.

2.2.3 Wear protective equipment during operation.

2.2.4 It is strictly prohibited to wipe the device during operation.
