4. The leveling roller and delivery roller rotate normally, and there shall be no channeling phenomenon.
5. There shall be no oil leakage in the hydraulic system cylinder and pipeline joint during the test.
6. Process operation and description:
6.1 Spiral welded pipe unit LH-400 process description:
Winding → unwinding → lead leveling → manual vertical roll → shear butt welding → Manual vertical roll → Delivery → prebending guide → Forming → External welding → Output → Cutting → pulling out
6.2 Operation Instructions:
The strip steel coil is placed on the lifting frame of the winding trolley by the crane, and the hook is removed. The trolley moves laterally and sends the strip coil into the cone head of the uncoiler. Uncoiler cone head cylinder tightening steel coil. The trolley elevator descends back to its original position. After tightening the strip steel coil. Press the roller on the upper part of the strip steel coil, and the steel coil shall not be loose. The cone head and the press roll rotate simultaneously (point). Turn the head of the coil to the uncoil position. Priming device blade protrudes. The cone head and the press roll rotate, and the tongue of the strip coil is smoothly fed into the pinch-feed leveling machine. (The amount of the flattening roll is adjusted in advance according to the plate thickness) the clutch of the uncoiler is removed, the micro-braking is adjusted, and the press roll is lifted. Shear head and tail butt welding. When the butt welding trolley is in the position of the cylinder retracement, the tail is cut. When the trolley is extended 700mm, the head is cut. The clamping and feeding primer leveler sends the strip head to the butt welding position for population welding. The conveyor sends the butt welded strip through the bending guide to the forming machine, the formed steel pipe is welded outside, through the output bracket on the rear axle, the roller output, cut to a fixed size, and then pulled out by the material pulling device.
