D escription:
Ferrosilicon nitride is an additive for the production of cold-rolled  unidirectional silicon steel sheets, which is off-white. Ferrosilicon nitride is an emerging  refractory raw material, which is used in waterless mud  of large blast furnaces . I t has the advantage of good opening, sintering , erosion resistance  and  low cost.
F unction:
There are many different physical states of ferrosilicon, such as ferrosilicon powder, ferrosilicon nuggets , ferrosilicon particles, etc. Ferrosilicon in different states are used in different fields.
  1. F erro s ilicon nitride powder is mainly used in plugging gun mud of large blast furnace, and a small amount is used in iron trench  material or other irregular refractory materials.
  2. F erro s ilicon nitride particles are mainly used for oriented silicon steel  or other steel types that use nitride to increase strength(such as HRB400 steel) .
  3. After adding metal melt, the product can obtain good normal temperature and low temperature strength, good corrosion resistance, thermal shock  and corrosion resistance.
