Installation and Operating Instructions


1. Provide stroke limitations, to prevent exceeding the maximum allowable stroke height.
2. Provide stops for minimal height, or use Air Springs with optional Internal Bumper.
3. Max. allowable pressure: 8 bar (120 psi).
4. Never use Air Springs in torsion.
5. Installation Space Sufficient clearance should be allowed to avoid any chafing with the walls of the bellows.


How do airlift bags/ air bag work

The air bag suspension system essentially works like a balloon. The concept is designed to resist the weight of the frame of the vehicle, pump air in to keep the truck from squatting, and let air out when you're not towing

It is typical to run about 70-80 pounds of air pressure or more in the airbags to support a load like a truck camper. This amount of pressure is needed to level the vehicle, but causes an uncomfortable and rough ride. On your unloaded truck, go ahead and deflate your airbags.
