Pharmacology:
Oxtertacycline is a broad spectrum antibiotic with bacteriostatic activity against large number of Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms. I t inhibits bacterial cellular metabolism. I t is also effective against mycoplasmas, rickettsia, chlamydia and anaplasmosis.

Indications:
For treatment of diseases of respiratory, gastrointestinal and urinary tract infection such as bronchopneumonia, enteritis, septicaemia, metritis, foot rot, sinusite, mycoplasmosis, liver abscess, shipping fever, salmonellosis and anaplasmosis.

Target animal:
Horses, cattle, sheep, goats, camel, dogs and cats

Dosage and administration:
Horses, Cattle,  sheep, goats & camel: 12 ml-20 ml / 100 kg of body weight .
Dogs and cats: 1.4- 2.4 ml / 10 kg of body weight .
Administer Intramuscular .
Treatment should be for 4-5 consecutive days .
Administer by deep intramuscular in large muscle and not more than 10 ml at one side .              

Withdrawal times:
M eat: 14   days.
M ilk : 4   days.

Contra indications:
Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines.  

Caution:
1-Do not exceed the above mentioned dosage.
2- Keep out of the reach of children.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place below 30ºC  and protect from direct sunlight.
