1.  How can I get a sample?
Answer: Please contact us and we will let you how to get a sample. Normally, free sample of crystal pendant will be provided, but whole lighting frame sample with crystal can be available, it needs to be charged.

2. We pay much about leadtime, how is yours?
 Answer: We have common products in stock, so quick leadtime of existing items are within 15 days. If no stock and need to be customized, please inquire us and let us negotiate.

3. Have tried from a few other Chinese manufacturers but at so far they still suffer quality, flicker on longevity problems. How about yours?
Answer: We are doing high quality line with strict inspection in production process, make spot quality check and test before shipment. Offer long term relationship with customers, 3 years products guarantee.

4. What is colour temperature?
Warm white: 2200k, 2500k, 2700k, 2800k, 3000k
Natural white: 4000K-4500K
Cool white: 6000K-6500K
 
5.  Where can we put our own logo?
Answer: We can print your logo on the products and packages if the order meets our MOQ.

6. Do you accept OEM  & ODM? Can you help us do color box with our logo?
