Product properties: NaSbO3 is also called sodium metamonate. White powder with granular crystals and equiaxed crystals. High temperature resistance, still not decomposed at 1000 ºC. Soluble in tartaric acid, sodium sulfide solution, concentrated sulfuric acid, slightly soluble in alcohol and ammonium salt, insoluble in acetic acid, dilute alkali and dilute inorganic acid. It is insoluble in cold water, and hydrolyzes to form colloid in hot water.

Uses: Sodium metamonate is used as clarifying agent for kinescope, optical glass and various high-grade glass, flame retardant for textiles and plastic products, enamel opalescent agent, opaque filler for manufacturing paints for castings, and acid-proof paint for iron sheet and steel plate ; Used to identify nano ions in chemical analysis. The antimony block is crushed, mixed with sodium nitrate and heated, reacted with air. It can also be obtained by mixing crude antimony trioxide with hydrochloric acid, then chlorinating, hydrolyzing with chlorine gas, and neutralizing with excess alkali.
