    Yes, sure, stand alarm- low purity, low/high pressure, high temperature, blockage, power failure, ensure users are safe during use.

3. How long is the lifespan of machine?
    We use highly efficient lithium molecular sieve to maintain the lifespan more than 10,000 hours.

4. What is your warranty?
    (1)18 months or 10,000 hours warranty for whole device. 
    (2)We have a strong after sales serice team.
    (3)Any non-human factors damages during use, we will act warranty without charge based on the real videos/pictures, seal number provided by customers.

5. How do I maintain my oxygen concentrator?
    (1). Read user manual carefully before using our device; 
    (2). We offer maintain manual with all details like the following items:
           Filter Sponge-Clean the filter sponge at least once a week. 
           Humidifier bottle-Clean your humidifier bottle daily with warm water, do not use any detergent. 
           Any others, our service dept will tell you when you contact us.

6. Do you provide OEM/ODM service?
    Yes, we support OEM/ODM for order quantity over 300pcs.

7. How about the reasonable delivery time for my order?
    Normally, we support 5 to 7 working days for quantity less than 500 units under standard specification, and around 2 weeks for
    quantity more than 500 and less than 2000 units orders, for big amount we support partial delivery by reasonable requirement.

8. What's your production capacity?
