Flux cored wire products
Welding wire can be divided into two types: solid wire and flux-cored wire. We mainly produce flux-cored wire products for welding steel backing plates. Flux-cored wire electrodes are divided into two types: gas shielding and self-shielding. Self-shielded welding wire does not need to add a shielding gas source. When the flux core in the welding wire burns, it will generate gas to protect the welding pool and form its own protective layer. Solid wire can be used for metal inert gas welding, and the shielding gas for the electrode should come from a compressed gas cylinder.
