Main Features:
1. Single-pressure type, single-sided ejection. Using IPT die, granular raw materials can be pressed into round tablets, double-sided lettering tablets and various special-shaped tablets.
2. It has the function of pre-pressing and main pressing twice to press, which can improve the quality of press.
3. The lower punch of the die on the worktable is equipped with a dust-proof device, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the lower rail, avoid sticking, and prolong the service life of the lower rail.
4. The frequency conversion stepless speed regulation device is adopted, which is easy to operate.
5. Using PLC and touch screen, various parameters can be displayed and set easily and intuitively.
6. Digital display of table speed, compression force, filling depth, tablet thickness, output force and output.
7. Equipped with a motor overload protection device, it will automatically stop when the pressure is overloaded. It has pressure overpressure protection, emergency shutdown function and strong exhaust and heat dissipation device.
