Raw material 

To guarantee the yarn quality , Hoxyarn always use the Yizheng 100% virgin polyester staple fiber as raw material ,
which is of the top standard quality. The material is available to be bright, semi-dull , optical white.
Yarn Twist
Twisting fiber imparts strength to  a  y arn. It makes the fibers  harder   to pull apart lengthways and the yarn therefore harder to break.
The twist direction can   be " Z" twist or "S" twist.  Z twist threads are designed for machine sewing.
The single ply of polyester yarn are spun with a S twist. 2-9  plies   yarn/ thread are spun with an Z twist. Yarn color

Hubei HexingShunyuan Trading Co,Ltd is an export trading company, we also have two reputable factories in the line of textile industry which are Hubei Longteng Textiles Industry Co.,Ltd and Hubei Zhongnan Textiles Industry Co.,Ltd, Our company specialized in producing full range of 100% spun polyester yarn, there are more than 70000 square meters and about 600 employees in our factories and also we can make 1000 tons products per month.

Our factories were founded in 2005,which were located in Makou Town, Hanchuan City, Hubei Province, close to Wuhan,where is famous for textile.We mainly produce raw white 100% virgin Polyester Spun Yarn for sewing thread, and 100% Polyester Sewing Thread. Both Semi Dull and Bright. Products ranging from Ne 20/2 to 60/3, both Ring Twist and TFO.

In order to improve the quality of products and meet the demand for the international markets, we introduced the advanced Japanese automatic doffer, twisting machine, high speed yarn machine and soon. Our products can meet the requirements of different markets ,which have been exported to  Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, South Africa and other countries.
