Stordworks High Performance Batch Cooker for Fish Meal    PBC batch cooker is also called batch hydrolyzer and is mainly used for the recovery and utilization of animal waste , such as slaughter house animal waste, finding extensive applications in the production of meat meal, bone meal and feather meal. It is also used for the treatment of dead beasts and birds and animal carcasses. It integrates high-temperature sterilization, chemicalization and drying to achieve the desired effect. The equipment is suitable for the harmless disposal in large and medium-sized slaughter houses, farms and cities. Together with the crusher, dryer, oil press, screw conveyor, exhaust gas treatment and other equipment, it forms a complete waste treatment system. The equipment has the following characteristics:
    1. The shell adopts a double-layer jacket, and both the jacket and the inner rotor pass high-temperature steam to increase the heat exchange area and improve the production efficiency.
    2. The material of the equipment can be carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, etc.
    3. Due to the integral steel frame structure bracket, the installation position can be changed arbitrarily.
    4. The inlet and outlet are automatically controlled and easy to operate.
    5. The feeding weight is controlled by the bottom load cell, with high feeding precision, and product quality is stable.
    6. The equipment working pressure range is wide, and the heating component design pressure can be 0.05-2MPa.
    7. The insulation uses stainless steel plate to enhance the anti-corrosion ability and prolong the service life.
    8. The automatic draining system is used to recover the steam condensate to the boiler, reducing energy consumption and saving water and heat.
