 Type of fans

  1) Supplementary models for single-suction and induced draft fans are "11" or "12", supplementary models for double-induced fans are "03", where the first digit 1 and 0 represent single-suction and double-suction, and the second digit The numbers are design serial numbers. Refer to the performance table for the performance parameters of the ventilation and induced draft fans.

2) The transmission mode is connected to the motor coupling and transmission, the single suction fan is D type, and the double suction fan is F type.

3) Looking at the rotation direction of the impeller from the direction of the motor, the clockwise one is called a forward fan, and the counterclockwise one is called a reverse fan.

The structure of the fan

   1) The impeller is welded by forward-curved blades, a conical front disk, and a flat rear disk (or middle disk), and riveted on the shaft disk. The blades of the induced draft fan are thicker due to greater wear. And the root of the blade on the back plate (or middle plate) is welded with a wear-resistant layer to prolong the service time.

   2) The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality steel. The single-suction fan, induced draft fan, and double-suction induced draft fan all use rolling bearings. The bearings are equipped with thermometers and oil level indicators, and the induced draft fan has a cooling water device.

   3) The casing is a volute body welded with steel plates. There is a thick liner on the volute plate of the induced draft fan for replacement after wear and tear.

   4) Single-suction and induced draft fans are equipped with eight petal-type flow regulators at the inlet, and double-suction induced draft fans are equipped with four simple flow regulators on the air intake boxes on both sides to adjust the user flow.

The following points should be paid attention to durning the process of installation:
 
(1) Smear some graese or machine oil on some junction surfaces in order to prevent rusting, and reduce the
 
difficulties when moved.
 
(2) When fixing the scew bolts on the junction surfaces,if there are Positioning pins,fix the Positioning pins first
 
then the screw blots.
 
(3) Check the inside of the chasssis and other cases to make sure that no tools and other substances are left in it .
