INTENDED USE
The Feline Immunodeficiency Virus Antibody Rapid Test is a test cassette to diagnose the presence of Feline Immunodeficiency  virus  antibody (FIV Ab)  in cat ' s blood  specimen .
Assay Time:  5 -10  min utes
S pecimen : S erum ,  plasma  or whole blood

PRINCIPLE
The  FIV Ab Rapid Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay.

TEST PROCEDURE
  • Allow all materials, including spec imen and test device, recover to 15-25 ºC  before running the assay.
  • Take out the test device  from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
  • Using the capillary dropper to place 10 μ L of the prepared specimen into the sample hole "S"  of the test device . Then drop 2 drops (approx. 80 μ L) of the assay buffer into the sample hole immediately.
  • Interpret the result in 5 -10  minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
