Intended Use

The TianLong C hlamydia Trachomatis (CT)/ Neisseria Gonorrhoeae (NG)/ Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU)/ Ureaplasma Parvum (UP) Nucleic Acid Multiplex Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of four sexually transmitting bacteria: Chlamydia Trachomatis (CT), Neisseria Gonorrhoeae (NG), Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU) and Ureaplasma Parvum (UP ) by Real-time Reverse Chain Reaction (Real-time PCR) method.
The test is designed to detect four sexually transmitting bacteria: Chlamydia Trachomatis (CT), Neisseria Gonorrhoeae (NG), Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU) and Ureaplasma Parvum (UP ) in specimens such as male urethra swab s or female cervix uteri swab s . The potential candidate personnel to be tested could include, but are not limited to patients with symptoms of infection who are suspected of S exually T ransmitted D isease (STD) by healthcare providers, or persons with no symptoms from a population for screening test confirmation or exclusion of viral infection or viral carriage status.
