Product Description

1.General Introduction

2.   Product   features

2.1   The   product   fully   conforms   to   the   single-phase   self-reclosing   recloser   produced   by   the   enterprise
standard.
2.2   When   the   line   has   overvoltage,   undervoltage   and   overcurrent   faults,   the   product   will   automatically   cut
off   the   line.   When   the   line   voltage   or   current   returns   to   normal,   the   product   will   automatically   resume
normal   power   supply   after   the   delay   time   set   by   the   user.
No,   manual   operation   is   required.
2.3   When   the   line   appears   instantaneous   or   transient   overvoltage,   the   protector   does   not   malfunction.
2.4   The   line   voltage   is   unstable   or   the   power   is   suddenly   cut   off   due   to   some   factors,   when   the   power
recovers,   the   product   will   not   connect   to   the   power   immediately.   This   delay   time   is   set   by   the   user
according   to   the   local   situation.
2.5   The   line   voltage   should   not   be   higher   than   330vac   to   prevent   the   product   itself   from   being   damaged
due   to   excessive   voltage.   Please   contact   the   manufacturer   if   a   high   power   supply   is   required   in   a   specific
situation.

4.   Installation   conditions

7.   Use

After   the   protector   is   installed,   the   user   can   wire   it,   and   select   the   wire   section   that   meets   the   standard
according   to   the   setting   current   of   the   protector.   Note   that   the   input   and   output   wires   of   the   protector
cannot   be   connected   incorrectly   to   avoid   damage   to   the   product   or   power   failure.

8.   Precautions

8.   1   When   performing   various   current   operation   or   tests,   users   should   follow   the   relevant   regulations   and
pay   attention   to   the   following   matters   to   ensure   the   correct   and   safe   use   of   this   product.

8.2   According   to   the   product   standard,   the   input   and   output   terminals   are   connected   correctly   (the   load
current   should   be   less   than   the   protection   current   value   of   the   product)
8.3   The   neutral   wire   N   cannot   be   connected   wrongly   and   must   be   connected   reliably,   otherwise   the
protector   cannot   work   normally.
8.   4   Before   turning   on   the   power,   carefully   check   whether   the   wiring   is   correct,   whether   the   load   size
matches   the   current   protection   value   of   the   product,   and   whether   the   wiring   screws   are   tightened,
otherwise   the   product   will   be   damaged.
8.5   After   the   product   is   connected   to   the   power   supply,   please   do   not   touch   the   live   parts   to   avoid   electric
shock.
8.6   This   product   needs   to   cooperate   with   micro-break   to   play   a   short-circuit   protection   function,   otherwise
the   product   will   not   be   able   to   provide   protection   when   a   short-circuit   occurs   in   the   load   of   the   product.
8.7   Since   the   product   has   an   automatic   reset   function,   after   the   product   is   protected   and   activated,   the
load   (electrical   appliances)   should   be   removed   immediately,   and   the   circuit   should   be   checked,   otherwise
the   product   will   frequently   switch   on   the   load   and   disconnect   the   load,   which   will   eventually   damage   the
product   or   electrical   appliances   due   to   frequent   overloads   for   a   long   time.
8.8   The   product   should   be   protected   from   moisture   and   dust   when   it   is   not   used   for   a   long   time.   The
product   should   be   tested   as   described   above   before   using,   and   it   can   be   used   while   it   is   normal.
8.9   This   product   has   no   isolation   function.   Please   disconnect   the   front-level   circuit   breaker   switch   when
repairing   the   circuit.
8.   10   The   zero   line   (N   line)   of   this   product   is   directly   connected   and   has   no   disconnection   function.
8.   11   This   product   has   no   over-current   short-circuit   breaking   capacity.   Please   install   a   small   circuit
breaker   such   as   DZ-47   or   C65   at   the   front   of   the   line   as   over-current   protection.
