Specification :   Appearance: Slight yellow powder
              Fluorescent color: Similar to the standard sample
Whitening Strength: 100 ± 3%

Property:   1.with bluish violet color
         2.Soluble in soft water as much as 80 times weight, 300ppm in hard water.
         3.Anionic types, alkali endurable, can be used in one bath of anionic and nonionic surfactant.
         4.To be unendurable ion of copper and iron, etc. Unsuitable to be used in cationic dyestuff and surfactant.
Application:  1. Whitening agent for cellulose base fiber and cotton fabric.
            2. Whitening agent for white pattern in discharge printing of cotton fabric.
            3. Brightening agent for light colored cellulose base fiber.

Process:

exhausting whitening process: 0.05 - 0.3%(O.W.F.), bath ratio: 1:5 - 1:30, temperature: 40 ~100 ºC , Na 2 SO 4 : 0 - 10g/L, heating rate:  1-2   ºC /min  keep the temperature at 50 -100 ºC  for 20 - 40min , then lower to 50 - 30 ºC →wash→dry(100 ºC ) →setting(120 ºC -150 ºC ) × 1-2min(add proper amount leveling agent according to the leveling effect).
Padding Process: VBL:0.5-3g/L, residue liquor ration: 100%, one dip and nip →dry(100 ºC ) → setting(120-150 ºC )   × 1-2min.
