Performance and Application :
Natural  rubber and a variety of synthetic rubber with accelerator, can produce flat   and medium speed vulcanization, vulcanization temperature is high, there is a significant   post-effect, not early curing, safe operation, easy to disperse, do not pollute, vulcanized   rubber aging. This product is used alone slow curing, usually with thiuram class,dithiocarbamates, aldehydes, guanidine accelerator and use, is G-type neoprene   excellent anti-scorch agent. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes,tape and other industrial products. In neoprene can also play a plasticizer or delay agent   role .Generally used for heat-resistant industrial products, cable sheathing and   insulation, hard rubber

Dosage:
NR :1.2-2.2 phr with 2.0-3.0 phr of sulfur.
NBR: 1.2-2.2 phr with 0.2-2.0 phr of sulfur.
SBR:1 .2-3.3 phr combined with 1.0-3.0 phr of sulfur.
