APPLICATION:

General-purpose accelerators for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers and reclaimed rubbers;

Good flatness, moderate vulcanization speed, high vulcanization temperature, significant aftereffect, no early vulcanization, safe operation;

Usually combined with other thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates, aldehydes, hydrazines, alkaline substances can also activate;

Non-sulfur modified neoprene rubber vulcanization retarder, plasticizer, vulcanization modifier;

MBTS-75GE is a pre-dispersed masterbatch, easy weighing, processing does not fly, does not leak, taste is small, is conducive to the health of employees; easy to disperse, no loss, to ensure the stability of the vulcanized products performance;

Widely used in tires, hoses, adhesive tape, rubber rollers, rubber shoes and general industrial products, also used in white or light-colored products, bitterness should not be used in food contact products

1.00-2.50phr for one accelerator and 0.50-1.00phr for secondary accelerator.
