PROPERTIES:
It is yellow powder or granule with little osmyl and taste bitter. The density is 1.42-1.52.it is soluble in ethyl acetate, ethanol, solution of NaOH and Na

, insoluble in benzene, water and gasoline.Lower explosion limit is 21g/m

.
APPLICATION:

As the main universal acid accelerator, it is widely used in NR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, IR and other synthetic rubber products. Its vulcanizates have good physical and mechanical properties.

It has rapid vulcanization in natural rubber and sulfur-vulcanized synthetic rubber. Its critical temperature for vulcanization is low (125° C). In particular, when the compound contains reinforced alkali furnace black, it is easy to scorch when mixing, and anti-scorching agent is properly added. Improves its safety.

In sulfur-free low-sulfur curing system and chloroprene rubber as anti-caustic agent and vulcanization retarder;

Higher activity can be obtained in combination with other substances such as thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates, quinones, aldehydes, and basic substances.
