Based on the principle of fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, this kit is designed for MPV (FAM marker) with highly
conserved sequence as target regions. Meanwhile, the TaqMan probe with high specificity was combined with the
corresponding nucleic acid fragment, and hydrolyzed under the action of TaqMan exonuclease activity to generate fluorescence signal. According to the relationship between fluorescence signal and the number of amplification cycles, the real-time amplification curve could be obtained.
