Four-in-One NAT Test
The fifth-generation single-tube 4-in-1 blood nucleic acid screening reagent launched by BACME uses real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology to detect three pathogens (HIV-2, HIV-1, HBV, HCV) in a single tube, and simultaneously screen HBV, HCV, and HIV positive without additional separation or identification experiments. It is the first nucleic acid screening reagent that can detect HIV-2 type in China.
